Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These terms govern your purchase of products from varibits.com, operated by Varibits AS, Sandslimarka 63, 5254 Sandsli, Norway, org. no. NO 925 192 546 MVA (“Varibits”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@varibits.com, +47 479 68 080. varibits.com is intended for business customers; orders are accepted on a business-to-business basis.

1. Prices

All prices on varibits.com are shown in euro (EUR) and exclude Norwegian VAT, as goods are shipped from Norway for export. Import taxes and duties may apply in your country — see section 5.

2. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example due to a pricing error or lack of stock) and will refund any amount already paid.

3. Payment

You can pay by card (processed securely by our payment provider) or by advance invoice / bank transfer. For advance-invoice orders, goods are dispatched once payment is received, using your order number as the payment reference.

4. Delivery

We ship internationally from Norway. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination zone shown at checkout.

5. Import taxes and customs duties

Because goods are shipped from Norway (outside the EU), orders delivered to other countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and a carrier handling fee, payable by you (the recipient) on or before delivery. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and require our prior agreement. Correctly supplied, non-defective goods are not automatically returnable. If you purchase as a private consumer and mandatory consumer-protection law applies, your statutory rights (including any right of withdrawal) are not affected.

7. Warranty and faulty goods

Products are covered by the statutory warranty under applicable consumer law. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Varibits is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are subject to the ordinary Norwegian courts unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
